The Founder
Paola Rattu, PhD
Paola brings nearly two decades of experience in academia and global industry to the field of digital training. Her extensive academic background includes an MBA from Kennesaw State University and a PhD from the University of Lausanne. She also holds MSc, MA, and BA degrees from the University of Geneva and an MA from The Graduate Institute. This foundation allows her to navigate the intersection of complex theory and practical business application.
She does not just build courses; she architects knowledge.
